FEASIBILITY SCOREBOARD · FOR FINANCIERS
The Feasibility Scoreboard sets the nature behind an investment beside your financial case. Each site is scored on what the land holds, the risks it carries and the red flags to look out for, from data we gather at a distance.
WHAT IT COVERS
Rainfall and temperature over time, and exposure to drought and storms.
Land cover from satellite, and any forest loss since 31 December 2020.
Registered species and habitats, and the nature parks and protected areas nearby.
Certifications already linked to the site or its producers.
Climate, fire, water and land tenure.
Anything that should stop or slow the investment, such as protected or indigenous land or unclear title.
Your own figures go on the same board. The nature parameters are set against the financial ones you choose, so one scoreboard shows both sides of the case.
What the land holds and how it can perform, with the uncertainty stated.
Your sites side by side, ranked against your own criteria.
The findings, the red flags and our recommendation for the next step.

You get score, ranking and report.
You have the scoreboard at the latest four weeks after we receive your data.
The Scoreboard is built from data gathered at a distance, so you can compare many sites quickly. The Feasibility Baseline goes on the ground: a test site, measured by our team, shows how the land actually performs. Many start with a Scoreboard to choose which sites deserve a Baseline. Each is a separate product with its own fee.
The fee follows the number of sites and hectares. You know the scope and the cost before we start.
Bring one site or a long list to the first conversation. We tell you what a scoreboard can show for them.
